Congresswoman Nikki Budzinski sounds off on ‘regressive’ tariffs, immigration policies ahead of Trump’s 100 days in office

Nikki Budzinski has represented Illinois' 13th Congressional District in the U-S House since 20-23. She's from Springfield, and her district stretches from the Metro East region near St. Louis, through Springfield and Decatur, over to Champaign-Urbana.
As President Donald Trump prepares to mark 100 days in office, she weighs in on his tariffs, recent moves regarding immigration including deportations and revoking student visas, and working across the aisle with Republicans when possible while still providing effective opposition to certain policies when neccessary.
