How AI can play a role in NCAA basketball tournament brackets

The annual NCAA Division 1 Men’s and Women’s Basketball tournament also known as March Madness is back and that means everyone is working hard to build the perfect bracket. But with a near-infinite of possibilities, can AI beat the odds and make a better bracket than humans? A University of Illinois computer science professor, who created the website BracketOdds, shares his thoughts.
