Monday night April 7 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. From the Philharmonic’s legendary audio archives you’ll hear Beethoven’s “1st Symphony” and Bruckner’s “7th Symphony”. Kurt Masur conducts.

Monday night September 9 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL 90.9 FM HD1 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. You’ll hear Nathan Milstein as the soloist in Mendelssohn’s “E Minor Violin Concerto” with Bruno Walter conducting.  Also on the program Beethoven’s “Missa Solemnis” led by Kurt Masur.

Monday night July 29 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. You’ll hear Dvorak’s “New World Symphony”, Copland’s “Connotations”, Corigliano’s “Clarinet Concerto” and Carter’s “A Symphony of Three Orchestras”.  Each work on tonight’s broadcast was premiered by the Philharmonic.
