Tuesday night June 24 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “W-I-L-L Classical” it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra”. You’ll hear Respighi’s “Ancient Airs and Dances, Suite No.1” and “The Pines of Rome”.  Riccardo Muti conducts. Also on the program William Kraft’s “Timpani Concerto” featuring soloist David Herbert.

Monday night June 16 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “W-I-L-L Classical” it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. You’ll hear Rachmaninoff’s “The Isle of the Dead” and the “3rd Piano Concerto” featuring soloist Vladimir Horowitz. The program differs from the one listed in Patterns Magazine.
