Tuesday night April 2 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcast”. From the CSO’s archives you’ll hear Goldmark’s “In Springtime”, Schumann’s “Spring Symphony” and Mahler’s “Das Lied von der Erde (The Song of the Earth).

Monday night May 29 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week” with an all-Britten program conducted by Alan Gilbert.  You’ll hear the “Serenade for Tenor, Horn and Strings”, and the “Spring Symphony”. The program differs from the one listed in Patterns Magazine.  

Wednesday night May 2 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s the San Francisco Symphony. Music Director Laureate Michael Tilson Thomas conducts the group in Mozart’s K. 509 German Dances and Schumann’s “1st Symphony”, the “Spring”. Also on the program Tilson Thomas’ “Notturno”.
