Monday night April 28 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. From the Philharmonic’s legendary audio archives, you’ll hear concertos by Beethoven, Corigliano, Hindemith and Vivaldi featuring famous soloists and conductors.
Sunday night April 27 at 6:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 you’ll hear Faure’s “1st PIano Quartet" on the “Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center” followed at 7:00 by “String Music by Living Latin American Composers” on “Fiesta”.
Friday night April 25 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 it’s the “Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival”. You'll hear string quartets by Verdi and Bartok. Broadcasting this program here permits us to collect new recordings for use on future Prairie Performances.

Wednesday night April 23 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 it’s the San Francisco Symphony. Music Director Laureate Michael Tilson Thomas conducts the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra and Chorus and vocal soloists Angel Blue, Tamara Mumford, Ben Bliss and Dashon Burton in Beethoven’s “9th Symphony”.
Tuesday night April 22 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcast”. Julian Rachlin guest conducts the CSO in Mozart’s “Sinfonia Concertante” and “Linz” Symphony. Also on the program Beethoven’s “Overture to The Creatures of Prometheus”.
Monday night April 21 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. You’ll hear Janacek’s “Glagolitic Mass”. Also on the program Alban Berg’s “Violin Concerto” with soloist Pinchas Zukerman, his “Lyric Suite,” and Act III of “Wozzeck”.
Sunday night April 20 at 6:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 you’ll hear a piano quartet by Mendelssohn on the “Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”, followed at 7:00 by “Easter Celebrations” on “Fiesta” and at 8:00 by “Early Music Now”.
Friday night April 18 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 it’s the “Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival”. You'll hear Brahms’ “A Major Violin Sonata” and Mozart’s “Clarinet Quintet”.
